THERE were midweek wins for Derry, Down and reigning champions Donegal in the Ulster Minor League.
Four points from Conor McCahill helped Donegal to victory over Fermanagh (2-9 to 0-5) in Barry’ Ward’s first game in charge.
Goal from Sean O’Carroll and substitute Alex Cunnea ensured the home side clinched victory.
Derry came from behind to back up their opening day win over Antrim with a 0-12 to 0-9 victory over Tyrone at Owenbeg.
Gabhan McIvor, Ger Dillon and Eamon Young were on target for the winners who trailed 0-7 to 0-3 at the break.
A first-half goal from Conor Ward helped Down to a second win of the season in a 2-11 to 0-13 victory over Monaghan.
