THE Conor McGurk Cup will once again be played in 2023, with the structure taking the form of a knockout format this time around.
Down are the reigning champions, having defeated Donegal in last season’s decider 1-22 to 2-18.
Ulster University and QUB will once again field a team and Leinster opponents Louth likewise, just as they both done last year.
Derry and Tyrone won’t feature once again, leaving ten teams involved in the competition.
Cavan face Fermanagh in the opening round while QUB and Louth will face off in the other first round clash.
In the quarter finals, Ulster University await the winners of Cavan and Fermanagh while Down will meet either QUB or Louth.
Joe McDonagh Cup winners Antrim take on Armagh while Donegal’s clash with Monaghan is the other last eight clash.
