Name: Gerard Gilmore.

Which team mate has been the most inspirational and why?

Simon McMenamin. A great man with words to players individually or as a group. A very important figure in the changing room with his experience.

Who’s the best team mate to train with and why?

Declan Coulter – he always pushes you to the limit and gets the best out of you as well.

Which team mate do you want to mark in training and why?

Mark Callaghan – I wouldn’t say I would want to mark him in training but when you do, he is a brilliant defender and brings the best out on you to do well as he marks and plays very smartly.

Which team mate do you dread marking in training and why?

Denim Rowan – you would need a pair of shin pads going in to mark him is all I will say!

Which team mate is the best on journeys away?

Josh McGee/Cronnolly – probably because you are either laughing with him or at him as he comes out with some outrageous statements.

Which team is the worst for journeys away?

Marc Devine – the man can’t sit still. He could be driving and the man would have you in a headlock out of nowhere!

What’s the funniest thing you’ve heard in training or in a match, and who said it?

Ruairi Campbell – it’s funny that he thinks he is the fastest in the team, goes on about it every session.

What’s the worst excuse you’ve heard to get out of training?

I don’t know if it’s the worst or the funniest, but we were training on a week-night after work and we got a message after saying ‘sorry lads I slept in, I couldn’t make it.’

Which team mate is the loudest in the changing room?

Richie Kee – always taking the hand out of somebody. You’d hear him before you would see him before walking into the changing room

Which team mate is the most sensible?

Danny Cullen – takes a great approach to everything that he does.

Who is the smartest of all your team mates?

Kevy Campbell – as he would often say, work smarter, not harder

Who’s the best team mate to celebrate with?

Bernard Lafferty – 100 percent skittlebombs when we go out to celebrate.
