MONAGHAN’S prize for their dramatic win over Tyrone will be a semi-final with champions Derry on Saturday, April 29 (5pm).
Ryan O’Toole sunk the Red Hands with a late winner in a pulsating game on Sunday afternoon.
Vinnie Corey’s side now face a repeat of last year’s semi-final won by Derry on their way to the title.
This weekend will see Cavan entertain Armagh in Saturday before Sunday’s Páire Esler clash of Down and Donegal completes Round One.
The Ulster final is set for Sunday, May 14 this year before the All-Ireland series morphs into the new format of 16 teams across four groups.
