CAVAN manager Raymond Galligan has recalled Gearóid McKiernan to the Cavan squad ahead of the 2025 season, Gaelic Life can confirm.
The Cavan Gaels player wasn’t of the plans in Galligan’s first season but is back on board.
It comes after a similar move in Donegal where former star Michael Murphy has made a return.
As earlier reported by The Anglo Celt, Galligan has made 13 additions to his panel including Ramor United’s Sean McEvoy after a return from America.
Arva’s Barry Donnelly is another called in after his performances on the amazing championship run.
Michael Brady has also been added after impressing with his club Ballyhaise.
Galligan has also added to his management team with Colm Nally coming on board as a coach.
Nally was part of the Football Review Committee, under Jim Gavin, and will be an addition to the Breffni coaching team.
