IT was a mixed weekend of action for Ulster teams on the football front.
Derry, Monaghan and Cavan all lost their opening games in the Sam Maguire Cup.
There were wins for Antrim, Fermanagh and Down in the Tailteann Cup.
It was a perfect end to the season for Tyrone u-20s who won the county’s third All-Ireland title in 10 years.
