St Patrick’s, Lisbellaw (hurling), Tempo Maguire’s (football) and Fermanagh (hurling).

Who are your main rivals?

Probably Carrickmore, we’ve had two meetings in the Ulster Championship over the last two years and it’s sitting at one apiece. I’m sure the trilogy won’t be too far away.

Which opposition ground do you like playing on and why?

Ederney is a great surface and we have experienced success there.

Which opposition ground do you dislike going to and why?

Healy Park in Omagh.The few times I’ve played on it the surface hasn’t been good as well as the results.

What team have you enjoyed the most success against?

Leitrim.

Which team have you enjoyed least success against?

Tyrone.

Which opposition player have you enjoyed marking?

Any opponent I am having the upper hand on.

Which opposition player have you disliked marking?

Can’t think of one in particular, but anyone small and nippy is always a hard task to defend against.

Which player would you transfer in from a team you have come up against?

Ryan Bogue, originally a Lisbellaw man currently playing for Naomh Éanna in Antrim. It would be good to have him back for the year or so he has left…

Which team, apart from your own, do you like to see do well and why?

St Peter’s, San Diego. I played for them last summer and had a great experience, hopefully I will get out again soon enough.

What’s the most frustrating defeat you have experienced?

We have had our fair share here – Carrickmore last year in the Intermediate Ulster quarter-final where we conceded a goal with the last puc of the ball to send us to extra-time. We ended up losing.

What’s the most satisfying victory you have experienced?

Newry Shamrocks in the first round of Intermediate Ulster in 2021. It was the first time Lisellaw won an Ulster game since we won the Intermediate in 2012.

What is the best score you’ve seen from an opponent?

There was a goal a Mayo player scored against us this year with his first touch, hitting on the volley into the top corner. It was doing the rounds on social media not so long ago.

Which team, apart from your own, do you expect big things of in the coming years?

A few underage hurling teams have formed in Fermanagh, which is great to see, so I’d like to see them continue pushing it on so we can eventually have more than one senior hurling club in Fermanagh.

Best opponent for post-match hospitality?

I don’t think much hospitality goes on between teams.

Which club, apart from your own, has the most impressive facilities?

Played in Letterkenny recently, they have an unbelievable set-up.
