Donegal GAA will stream live coverage of their Senior Football Final replay on Wednesday nigh as Gaoth Dobhair and Naomh Conaill go to battle for a third time.
A button to order the a ticket for the second replay of the Senior championship final – at a cost of €5 – is now live on the homepage of DonegalGAA.ie on both desktop and mobile sites. Click on the button and follow the links to pay.
Those purchasing tickets (code numbers) to watch the game will receive two emails – one from PayPal and one from Donegal GAA. The Donegal GAA email will contain your ticket number. If this email does not appear in your inbox please check in your junk mail.
At the time of writing one club has agreed that if the teams are level, for the third time, two periods of extra time – ten minutes each – will be played and if still level a further two periods of 5 minutes each way followed by penalties if the score is still tied.
However, the second finalist has yet to indicate agreement to this arrangement. In the event that the “finish on the day” option is not endorsed by the second club and the match again ends level a third replay will be played on Saturday November 2nd.
The game commences at 8.00 pm in Páirc Sheain Mhic Cumhaill on Wednesday evening.
The match referee is Seamus McGonagle from the Aodh Ruadh club and he will be assisted by Enda McFeely (Naomh Mhuire, Conmhaigh) and Robbie O’Donnell (Naomh Muire, Íochtar na Rosann).
The match will not be broadcast live on TV although TG4 will be showing some of the game on their highlights show later in the week.
