Dates, times and venues announced for Ulster finals

THE  Senior and Intermediate Ulster finals are set to take place on Saturday 10 December and Sunday 11 December and Ulster GAA have announced the dates, times and venues for those games.

The eagerly anticipated Ulster final between Kilcoo and Glen is set to be played at the Athletic Grounds, Armagh, the same venue where the pair faced off last year.

That was a tense semi-final clash which Kilcoo just edged after extra time thanks to a Jerome Johnston goal.

The reigning Ulster and All-Ireland champions ruthlessly saw off Enniskillen Gaels on Saturday evening, at the Athletic Grounds, to reach this year’s final.

Glen’s last four win wasn’t as straightforward, but they eventually saw off Cargin by five points on Sunday.

That game is set for Sunday 11 December with a throw in time of 1pm while the Intermediate Ulster final takes place on Saturday 10 December at 6pm.

Corduff and Galbally will meet at Páirc Esler Newry as the two sides hope to capture the Intermediate provincial crown.

Seamus McEnaney’s Corduff side had one-point to spare over Castlerahan in their semi-final while Galbally defeated Dungloe by five-points.
