Antrim footballer Paddy Cunningham returned to action this year after six years away from the game.
The Lamh Dhearg player, who was interviewed on the Take Your Points GAA chat show, said that he has noticed that he has been surprised by the improved level of training that takes place.
He says that the level of preparations has been taken to an all new level.
