CASTLEBLAYNEY  Faughs GFC have recently launched a fantastic prize draw for and a new car plus €5k cash, this is to help fund the development of new pitches, a walking track and ball stop nets.

The total project will cost in excess of €300,000 and this fundraiser will help conclude the project after a similar fundraiser was a massive success for the club at the end of 2019.

As Fundraisers go, the prom video for this is hilarious, with the great ‘Nudie’ Hughes (pictured, back left) and Declan Loughman, dressed up as Marty McFly and Doc Brown in a remake of ‘Back to the Tuture’.

The two former stars are Castleblayney Faughs legends and have lent their acting skills to help promote this draw.
