Rule changes to be reviewed before National League

THE controversial new rule changes set to be trialled in Gaelic football in 2019 will come under review at the end of the pre-season competitions.

The trial is due to be extended to the National League also, but there will be a review window at the next Ard Chomhairle meeting on January 19.

The news comes in the wake of today’s meeting between GAA President John Haran and GPA CEO Paul Flynn with the players’ body set to liaise with the GAA between now and January.
