Enniskillen defy Maghera to reach MacRory decider

Danske Bank Ulster Schools MacRory Cup Semi-Final 2019

St.Michael’s Enniskillen 0-13 St.Pat’s Maghera 2-6

St.Michael’s Enniskillen have become the first team to qualify for the 2019 MacRory Cup Final with a one point win over St.Pat’s Maghera.

The Fermanagh men led 0-6 to 1-4 at the break, Alex Doherty registering a major in the 11th minute of the game, netting after some quick thinking from a free.

Michael Glynn led the Erne charge over the course of the hour including a monstrous free from south of 45 yards.

Glynn would continue to star in the second half despite Eunan Mullholland hitting a second Maghera goal early in the second half as the Fermanagh side booked their place in the March 18th decider.
