Can Peter Harte face the challenge of playing in division one?

After his starring season in 2016, when he led the scoring charts in the Championship fantasy competition, many Fantasy Managers will opt to put Peter Harte in straight away.

But that may not be a clever play at all.

While Harte was the star of the championship, he only scored 51 points in the NFL in division two of the National League.

Things are tougher in division one, and Harte won’t get as many opportunities to raid forward and hit the net as he did in 2016. Furthermore we have to expect that Tyrone are going to ship more goals in division one.

While it is still important to pick Harte, he was on the NFL fantasy all star team of 2016, look elsewhere for a captain.

So who was the star player in the 2016 NFL fantasy competition? Cavan’s Gearoid McKiernan who scored 110 points in the 2016 NFL. He may struggle to get those same numbers this year in division one.
