Your chance to win the overall prize in the 2016 Gaelic Life NFL Fantasy football competition may be gone, however that doesn’t mean there are no prizes left. Oh no.
As long as you have an unregistered email address, you can register and pick a new team to try and win one of the round prizes. There are a possible nine in total.
Whoever scores the most points in a single weekend’s action will win a prize.
Here’s five players you should consider choosing for this weekend.
Niall Morgan (Tyrone) Goalkeeper – Morgan is Tyrone’s first choice free taker and last year was good for a couple of place kicks per game.
Rory Brennan- (Tyrone) Half back – Rory Brennan scored 16 fantasy points last weekend owing to the fact that he kicked a point and kept a clean sheet. He starts against Galway on Sunday.
Michael McCann- (Antrim) midfield – The Saffrons midfielder confirmed his potential as a fantasy star when he kicked five points against Carlow.
James Laverty (Antrim) half back – Laverty scored a point against Carlow last weekend, and a clean sheet. Should do something similar against Wexford this weekend.
Michael Murphy (Donegal) Full forward – The machine that is Michael Murphy hit 0-8 against Down, and despite going up against a good Cork defence he should put up big numbers again.
