Fantasy Football – Donegal’s certs

Donegal's Paddy McBrearty

Donegal’s Paddy McBrearty

Six players have been removed from the panel we offered for the NFL. Luke Keaney, Daniel McLaughlin, Danny Rodgers, Stephen McMenamin, Darach O’Connor and Jack O’Brien have all been categorised in-active. Goalkeeper Michael Boyle has missed the league due to injury but has returned to active duty and is available for fantasy selection.

Michael Murphy and Patrick McBrearty should be popular selections for this year’s championship competition. Donegal will be fancied to go far in the championship this year, and McBrearty and Murphy are heavy scorers.

They both scored 85 fantasy points in this year’s NFL Fantasy competition. In last year’s championship they were both in the top six scorers, Murphy with 65 points and McBrearty with 60.

Odhran MacNiallais is another reliable fantasy option as he managed 62 in this year’s fantasy league, and 48 (third highest) in the half forward line in last year’s championship fantasy competition.
