Yesterday’s Ulster Championship clash between Antrim and Fermanagh was a largely unforgettable affair, bar the performances of Tomas Corrigan and Sean Quigley.
Corrigan was the stand out star for Fermanagh in their 1-12 to 0-9 victory over the Saffrons, as he notched up 0-9. Among his scores were two incredible sideline points kicked back-to-back.
Fermanagh started the stronger and were 0-9 to 0-2 ahead at one stage.
In the second half Antrim clawed their way back, however Fermanagh always looked like they had an extra gear. Sean Quigley’s goal sealed victory for the Erne men, and he celebrated with aplomb, cheekily goading the Saffrons fans after beating Chris Kerr.
Fermanagh’s fans expressed their delight at Corrigan’s performance, and lauded Quigley on Twitter yesterday and today.

I make the chance of Tomás Corrigan pointing back to back sidelines at ~8% … sublime skill

Tomas Corrigan has the best free-taking routine since Charlie Redmond.
