JAMES Morgan looks certain to miss Armagh’s Division Two clash with Fermanagh on Saturday after his appeal against a proposed one-match suspension failed.
The Crossmaglen defender was sent off alongside Donegal’s Jason McGee in their one-point loss to the Tir Chonaill county in round five. Donegal opted against appealing.
The Central Hearings Committee met last night to hear the appeal but felt that the infraction was proven.
Morgan may appeal to the GAA’s Hearings Committee but with the match two days away, it doesn’t leave much time.
Armagh have been hit with a raft of injuries ahead of the match, details of which are in today’s Gaelic Life newspaper.
