Championship programme:

Armagh SFC round one
Mullaghbawn v Annaghmore, August 7

Team news:

Mullaghbawn have made real progress in recent times thanks to some brilliant underage teams, but they have endured a difficult start to life back in senior football after losses to Silverbridge and Clann Eireann. It wasn’t the easiest of starts, and they will really fancy their chances against Annaghmore. They have one absentee from last year as Patrick Tiernan has transferred to Bryansford due to work commitments. Ciaran Grant is team captain this year with Pairic Mackin acting as his deputy. Something is stirring in Mullaghbawn but it is still an extremely young panel and they will need time. A win over Annaghmore is a realistic prospect though.
