TYRONE defender Michael McKernan is the latest All-Ireland winner who will spend the summer playing football with Chicago club Parnell’s.
His county colleague Conor Meyler who has also enlisted with the American GAA club. It’s expected they will spend the next few months lining out with Parnell’s before returning for the start of the Tyrone Club Championship, likely to get underway towards the latter end of September.
Tyrone were dumped out of the All-Ireland championship nearly a fortnight ago against Armagh and it is anticipated that other members of the squad will follow in the footsteps of Meyler and McKernan.
