PJ O’Mullan has named his first National Hurling League team, as the Loughgiel man begins his bid to earn the Saffrons immediate promotion back to division one.
Antrim’s last outing was a 1-20 to 1-12 win over UCD in the Walsh Cup, and O’Mullan has made two changes to the starting line up from that game.
He has kept his defence entirely the same as the one that started against UCD. The changes appear in midfield, where Daniel McKernan replaces James Black. And in attack, Michael Bradley drops to the bench, while Donal Nugent starts in the half forward line.
Antrim play Derry at Celtic Park on Sunday at 2pm.
