In this week’s Take Your Points tv Show, a group of former St Gall’s players have marked the ten-year anniversary of their All-Ireland club victory by giving their memories of the day they beat Kilmurry Ibrickane.

Lenny Harbinson, Kieran McGourty, Sean Kelly, Kevin Niblock, CJ McGourty and Fermanagh’s Ronan Gallagher provide their thoughts, and memories of that incredible day for the club.

Together they weave a story of how important that win was to the club after they lost the final in 2006. They tell of the drama in the opening stages when they shipped an early goal.

And how they felt when they realised that their dreams were to become a reality in the final moments.

The players also explain what it was like to return back to Belfast and they illustrate the hero’s welcome on their arrival at the club.

The show will be broadcast on Friday at 8.11pm on NVTV Northern Visions (Channel 7 in Belfast, and Virgin media channel 159).

The show will also be provided as a podcast and will be posted online after Friday’s broadcast.
