Team news:

Sleacht Néill have not won the Derry Senior championship since 2017. Mickey Moran helped guide them to win four Senior Championships in-a-row. Yet since then, Coleraine, and then Magherafelt last year, have captured the title. Paul Bradley takes the reins of the Robert Emmet’s this season. The former forward will know the team very well, and they have the talent to win the title again this year. The addition of Gavin Devlin, who is the current assistant to Mickey Harte in Tyrone, is an interesting move.
