CONOR Laverty will be back in Kilcoo colours once the 2020 season
throws in with Micky Moran returning to the Magpie hot-seat as well.
There had been speculation that the play-making attacker would hang up
the boots after this side’s All-Ireland defeat to Corofin, especially
after joining Seamus McEnaney’s coaching team in Monaghan. However, he
has committed to at least another season.
In another boost, Moran has also confirmed to the club that he will
not be stepping down. The same coaching team, including Conleith
Gilligan and Paul Devlin, will also remain in situ.
Darragh O’Hanlon has also returned from Australia recently and will
join the squad after missing the 2019 campaign with a cruciate injury.
Ceilum Doherty is also set to return after injury curtailed his
involvement last season.
