Michael McShane will have the undivided attention of his players ahead of Sunday’s Ulster Semi-Final clash with Ballycran in Corrigan Park.
For the first time in four years, Slaughtneil will not compete in Ulster on both codes meaning hurling firmly takes the driving seat.
Speaking to Niall Gartland, the Slaughtneil boss talks through the challenges of recent years, the march to further records in Derry, a look back at last years semi-final heartache before examining the new blood in the side.
“It obviously a different landscape for us as we are used to playing in two codes. It’s allowed us more time between training sessions for recovery and rest so hopefully we’re going to see the benefits of that.”
