Conor Glass has been named to start in Derry’s Ulster Championship opener against Fermanagh as the Oak Leaf County defend their provincial crown.
There had been injury concerns over the Glen midfield, who limped off during their Division Two league final defeat to Dublin with a hamstring wound.
Glass forms a formidable midfield partnership with Brendan Rogers, who starts at centerfield despite Eoin McEvoy missing out.
McEvoy had a big impact at full back throughout the league, but Padraig McGrogan will start with the number three on his back.
Chrissy McKaigue, last years captain, missed the league final through injury but has returned to the fold.
Ciaran McFaul, who has recently returned from America, has been named amongst the subs for their trip to Brewster Park.
