Cullyhanna always a danger in the championship

Stephen Reel (manager), Sean Nugent, Ciaran McKeever and Malachy Mackin (coaches).

Championship programme:

Armagh SFC round one
Cullyhanna v Pearse Og, August 9

Team news:

Ross McQuillan is now with AFL club Essendon and he is a huge loss to Cullyhanna while key players Pearse Casey and Shane Conlon are also in Australia. Coach Ciaran McKeever was hoping to play some ball this year for the side but an injury has left that up in the air. Fellow coach Malachy Mackin is set to play outfield this year after a venture into goals in 2019. Aidan Nugent captains the side and like always, you know what you get with Cullyhanna. They always give their all, and they seem to spark into life in the championship. The likes of Nugent and Jason Duffy give them a real threat up front, and motivation shouldn’t be a problem as Pearse Og turned them over on their own patch in last year’s group stages.
