CAVAN take on Down in the headline fixture of the Tailteann Cup quarterfinals, following this morning’s draw.
Cavan topped their group with wins over Laois, London and Offaly to earn up advantage for their last eight clash.
Down finished behind Meath in their group, sending them to the preliminary quarterfinals where they saw off Longford at the weekend.
A powerful second half performance from Conor Laverty’s side allowed them to breeze past their Leinster opponents in the end.
Antrim finished at the top of their group with three wins from three, against Leitrim, Wexford and Fermanagh and will host Carlow in Corrigan Park.
The other two quarterfinals see Colm O’Rourke’s Meath take on Wexford while Limerick meet Laois, who overcame Fermanagh at the weekend.
All four games will take place this weekend with the fixture details to be confirmed by the CCCC later today.
