Carrickmore, Gowna, Burren and Lavey will make up the last four of the u’16 Paul McGirr Ulster tournament.
Tyrone champions, Carrickmore will take on Cavan winners Gowna after overcoming Donaghmoyne 4-14 to 2-10 in an entertaining quarter-final.
Gowna comprehensively beating Newtownbutler of Fermanagh 5-15 to 1-6 in last Saturday’s last eight encounter.
The Derry champions, Lavey overcame Armagh kingpins Madden in a swashbuckling display running out 3-18 to 2-5 winners.
While their semi-final opponents, Burren landed an emphatic 3-14 to 0-6 victory over Antrim representitives St.Galls.
