Moneyglass search for a new manager

MONEYGLASS begin the search for a new senior ladies football manager after Odhran McNeilly’s decision to step down.

The Tír na nÓg clubman brings to an end a two-year stint that saw him steer Moneyglass to the Antrim Intermediate and Senior titles.

After a quarter-final win over Armagh Harps, Moneyglass were knocked out of Ulster by Bredagh who fell to Monaghan giants Donaghymoyne in the final, after a replay.

McNeilly now steps into his second season as the manager of the Derry senior ladies side, where he will have Moneyglass man Benny Marron once again in his management team.

Moneyglass player Cathy Carey has been named as the Antrim senior captain for the new season.
