In this week’s column, Pauric Grimes explains how when we are training, we can oftentimes convince ourselves that we are doing enough.
However, he suggests that training should be about challenging yourself, and getting out of your comfort zone.
“We constantly make excuses why we can’t do things and rarely push ourselves outside of our comfort zone when it comes to training.
“Yeah, we’ll train with intensity and hard and put in a burster of a session, but we do that in the knowledge that we can do it.
“Maybe it’s time to stop making excuses and start trying things that we think we can’t do!”
