If you are over 30 there is an approach that you must take in order to maximise your training.
In his column in this week’s Gaelic Life, Pauric Grimes says that the athletes whom he trains who are over 30 will always see a major advance in their training.
“Sometimes it takes you to do it to believe it yourself, but training consistently on a program that fits your needs ‘is a difference maker’.
“And even at this point in the season, when games are coming thick and fast and your priority is being at your best every time you tog ou, there is still time to follow a program that will enable you to be even better.”
If you want more advice on what that program entails then read Pauric Grimes’s column in the current issue of Gaelic Life.
