PG the PT – The toughest part of your routine

In his column in this week’s Gaelic Life – Pauric Grimes explains four things you can do to dramatically improve your championship performances.

One of them is to literally do nothing.

“Doing nothing may be the toughest thing to include in routine, but it may be the best thing for you.


“Some studies show that the body is not able to recover fully from intense exercise for up to 72 hours or more.

“The modalities above (referring to points made previously in his column), but you can never go wrong by just relaxing and allowing your body to do its own thing.”
