Are you on the mend after an injury and hoping to be ready in time for the new season?
Our fitness columnist Pauric Grimes has advice for all players who are trying to get fit for the first throw in.
In his piece he explains three things that players returning from injury must do to avoid a reoccurrence.
The first is: “Your rehab will turn into prehab. The exercises you were prescribed to help you return from injruy will now become part and parcel of your training routine.
“Most exercises will have some form of progression or regression, so aim to continually progress the training you were doing through rehab so that your one time physical weak spot become bullet proof.”
