“I totally agree (that players don’t need to take supplements becuase they eat properly), Too many people will stock up on protein powder, multivitiamins, BCAAs and whatever else they can get their hands on but will neglect their day-to-day diet. The more nutrition value you can get from your food the better.
“Get a protein source into every meal and have an array of fruit and veg throughout your day and you’ll be a lot closer to peak physical, and mental health, than if every other meal was out of a tub.”
