Are you allowing yourself to become too stressed while training?
Are you worried that you are not meeting your goals, and that you are falling behind?
Are you pushing yourself too hard?

“As the games become more important the mental pressure increases every time you step onto the field.
“High stress levels can be positive, and will push you to do your best. But on the other side of the coin, if allowed, mental pressure could get on top of you and then it could be detrimental not only to your performance on the pitch, but also to your general health.
“You need to be able to take a step back and assess how you can manage stress levels within your routine.”
Pauric Grimes explains a few warning signs for those who might be getting too stressed.
