Theres’s a temptation when training to believe that a practice that is good for one person, will benefit the next man.
But that is not the case according to Pauric Grimes.
In his column this week, he points out that it is important for everyne to understand what they need for themselves.
“Your journey to the start of this season is your own. The sooner you put your own marker down on where you want to be come the first throw in of the year the better.
“I’m not saying that you won’t improve if you do the same generic thing as the rest of your team. But I am saying that you’ll improve a hell of a lot quicker if you tailor your choices to your goals.”
