The New Year brings challenges for those of us who want to get back into a training schedule.
While many players may already be deep into their training sessions, some of us need more of a push.
In his column in this week’s Gaelic Life, Pauric Grimes explains how those of us who are finding it hard to get started, can get our training going in the new year.
He says that a simple way to do so is to set up a program of training.
“Programs don’t have to be super complicated to yield great results. What they do need is consistency of application.
“Couple up the good work you are doing in the gym along with a healthy approach to what you are eating and I have no doubt that your strength and your waistline will both move in the direction you want.”
If you want to see his simple plan, it’s in the current issue of Gaelic Life.
