Pauric Grimes says that it is time for coaches and players to find a balance between training and enjoyement.
He said in this week’s Gaelic Life column:
“This is a plea to coaches as much as it is to players, especially at club level. Put the focus back on the players, give them the responsibility to decide how much time they can dedicate to training at this time of year.
“Crack the whip come championship no doubt, but make sure that your team can look at each other when that time comes around.”
