John Morrison says that any player who breaks the rules of the game damages the entire team, and should be removed.
His Gaelic Life column this week presents nine key traits of winning teams, and suggests they should be followed in order for a team to be successful.
He says that playing within the rules is an important part of being a successful team.
“Breaking game rules damages the team, eg, yellow or red cards as players now become careful instead of carefree.
“Every winning team has its own set of rules from roles, responsibilities, dress code, culture to values (written down and shared) and they should be carried out in a positive, consistent way so all know what’s expected of them.”
