If you are part of a team that is involved in a losing streak, then you’ll do anything to get back to winninng ways.
In his column in this week’s Gaelic Life, John Morrison explains how to get out of a slump in form.
He says the first thing you must do is to work out why it has happened.
“To overcome a slump a team needs to begin at the root of the problem.
“Firstly they must find out if it is a physical slump (recovering from injury) or a mental slump (usually caused by psychological issues such as anxiety, fear of failure or negativity).
“There may be multiple causes and so all the slump-causing factors must be identitifed and dealt with.”
