The underdogs have been winning a lot recently. In the English Premiership, Leicester won the title. At the Euros, Portugal triumphed against a fancied France team, while in the GAA, Tipperary shocked everyone by getting as far as the All-Ireland SFC semi-finals.
How do these underdog teams succeed?
