JOHN Martin has said that he is already looking forward to Waterford’s 2017 Championship campaign after their heart-breaking replay loss to Kilkenny on Saturday.
Writing in today’s Gaelic Life, the hurling columnist has said that Waterford have re-ignited the sport.
“With the age profile of the Waterford squad, there is further improvement to come and if they can maintain the level of work-rate, intensity and aggression shown over the past two games, their name has to be on the MacCarthy Cup in the next few years.”
