Some changes are set to be discussed at next month’s Special Congress, but Martin believes that they don’t go far enough.
“There are a few traditionalist who still cherish the last remaining straight knock-out All-Ireland inter-county format but the weekend’s results will surely have stemmed any flow of resistance to change to a trickle.”
