GAELIC Life columnist Ciaran McKeever has said that clubs must find new ways to encourage their players to learn about coaching as they progress through the ranks.
Writing in this week’s edition, McKeever said that it’ no coincide that some of the best players he has worked with have always had a thirst to learn about that side of things.
“Kieran McGeeney, Paul McGrane, Finnian Moriarty, Aaron Kernan, Stephen Cluxton, Michael Murphy, these lads all searched constantly for improvement. They opened their minds to learning new things and it showed in their performances.”
