GAELIC Life columnist Cahal Carvill has said that players need to continue to put themselves ahead of the team.
Writing in today’s edition, Carvill aims his wrath at managers who demand all from players without giving anything in return.
“The players in question were young members of the squad trying to break in to the game day panel and they reluctantly nodded along in agreement. Once the manager left, a senior member of the team stood up and said, “Lads, don’t listen to that bollocks!”
