Gerard O’Kane: Tyrone knowhow will see them through

TOO GOOD…Gerard O’Kane has predicted a Tyrone win

GAELIC life columnist Gerard O’Kane is letting head rule heart and has tipped Tyrone to dump out Monaghan in Sunday’s All-Ireland semi-final.

“Most neutrals without a vested interest in either side would usually like to see the fairy-tale story of Monaghan contesting their first All-Ireland final for 88 years and in that respect I am no different, but a Tyrone side which is putting in performances which are virtually unrecognisable in comparison to 12 weeks ago might just have the correct blend of quality, craft and momentum to make sure McManus and co. can look upon a year of progress while at the same time just coming up short.”
