Where do you like to go out to celebrate?

We would go back to the club to celebrate

Never really get the time to do anything else because of hurling and football

What’s the funniest thing you’ve seen happen in training/during a match?

We had a match at our pitch and Eanna’s cattle broke out and ran down the road and into our pitch. The referee ran scared and blew the match up

What’s the worst excuse you’ve heard to get out of training and who did it come from?

Meehaul McGrath missed a championship match to go to a Justin Bieber concert

Worst/best person to sit next to on the team bus?

Worst is Skippy, he just sleeps. Best is Sammy, he dates a lot and loves telling us about it

Worst/best person to share a room with on away days?

Best is Brendan Rogers we just sleep right away

Who has the best diet, and who has the worst, and what do they consist of? ?

Pauidi Tad and Meehaul McGrath have the worst diet. They eat crisp, chocolate bars, sweets and fizzy drinks. They are also our fittest players

Toughest opponent you have played against?

Micheal Kirkpatrick is quick off the mark

Best or worst quote you have heard from a team mate/opponent/manager?

Mickey Glass would come up with a few good ones and Damien Barton would have left of few of us scratching or heads because we didn’t have a clue what he was talking about

Best manager you have played for?

I had a few good managers through my career

What frustrates you most about the GAA?

Banning the Palestinian flag in GAA grounds

What is the best thing about being part of the GAA?

Being part of a community
