Pauric Grimes dispels more training myths in his column in this week’s Gaelic Life.
Among them he addresses the issue of Supplements.

The more nutrition value you can get from your food the better.
“Get a protein source into every meal and have an array of fruit and veg throughout your day and you’ll be a lot closer to peak physical, and mental health, than if every other meal was out of a tub.”
He goes on to address weight lifting, and body shapes, read the full article in the current issue of Gaelic Life.
