GAELIC Life columnist Kevin Cassidy has used the success of St Mary’s at last weekend’s Sigerson Cup to reflect on his own career in the competition.

Writing in today’s edition, Cassidy gives an inside take on what happens when things go right, and wrong, and also gives his analysis on how Paddy Tally got his squad to the top of the mountain.
